My partner and I have always loved writing.

We’ve been writing for years but we didn’t start out to be writers. We actually started out as illustrators so we could stay home with the kids and still make a good income.

Then, one day many years ago, one of our illustration clients asked if we could create a small, informative website for them, so since my partner practically dreams in html, we did.

One website led to another and another. Soon we were doing illustrations, writing, and websites. Good thing there are 24 hours in a day, because soon we were using all those hours and looking for more!

I was having a casual conversation one day with a client and the subject got around to search engines and various ways people get their sites listed in the various search engines and directories. That subject turned into the importance of keywords.

Our client said they wished they could find people that could write short, informative articles that were keyword enriched, but that they wouldn’t have to wait a 2 weeks or more to receive. I told my client, I would love the opportunity to provide that service to them.

Soon, illustrations and website design became secondary.
