You’re Right, 99% of PLR Articles are Garbage- But We’re the 1%
Somehow I’ve manage to get on the mailing list for a good number of PLR offers. They want to send me 1,000 PLR articles for $9.99 or today for example, I got a NICHE MARKET PLR ARTICLE EXPLOSION (sounds messy right?) and I could 3,665 (who thinks up these numbers for set sizes?) PLR article that were guaranteed to fit my niche or my $37 would be refunded. That caught my attention.
Guaranteed to fit my niche?
What if I had a very specific niche?
I wrote the dude that sent it and it and told him I was heavy into promoting solar powered dog polishers - I assumed there’s be a usable section of his PLR articles for that…. still haven’t heard back from him.
A lot of PLR companies outsource to India and other areas of the world where writers can get hired for cheap and the results are grammatically correct and readable - I like those occasional PLR articles that are just bizarre.
I was given a set to “spin” (rewrite so it would be basically unique content) for a client and he had gotten 100 or articles written through a company in whereabouts unknown but I just don’t think English was the writer’s first language. One of the greatest paragraphs I have had to spin follows:
“When you are to visit the lands across the California, it is a must see that you stop in at the great Viper Room. It is located on the Sunset Boulevard and caters to a large number of special tastes. Also, it is appreciated if you dress for this occasion as dressing for dinner is considered polite in California”.
That’s as good as the automated article spinner that turned an article about debt consolidation into “monkey butt”. I never knew debt could be so funny.
I’m extremely proud of the quality of our PLR articles - we only produce about 450 articles per month and the sets tend to go quickly once their posted (that would be a good thing). But we only sell 50 sets so it keeps the exclusivity rating way down. Plus we don’t have any “old” PLR articles either. Once a set has been up for 120 days - we retire it. It doesn’t happen often but it does happen on really limited markets - say like Solar Water Heaters for example. Not a huge calling for articles on that but enough of one to warrant putting up a set. We sold around 30 maybe 32 sets off the top of my head and then retired the set in November because we don’t want any “old” articles. Those retired sets are backed off the server and basically filed away.
If someone requests that subject again - we’ll probably do a new set from a new angle around the subject but the previous PLR articles will never be used.
And that’s another thing you need to watch out for when you buy PLR articles in bulk. A lot of that stuff is recycled, sad, and very old. I’ve seen articles we’ve been able to trace back to 2003 in some sets that are up for sale even today.
Anyway the bottom line is, you don’t have to get your PLR from us. We back our quality with a guarantee we never outsource, and all articles sold by Keyword Content PLR areĀ guaranteed to be unique and original. But if you have a place you like to get your PLR from - I think that’s great - just make sure you’re putting quality material on the web and not more of the rehashed PLR garbage that’s out there. And if you are looking for quality PLR - check out what we have - more added weekly for only $2 an article - now that’s a deal!
