And we’re sad. This past week our loverboy tom cat Oliver Gripweed suddenly developed kidney failure after always having perfect health and was gone so quickly. He was the sweetest natured cat I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing and he is most definitely missed.
His sister has had terrible bladder crystals off and on her entire life and we manage those nicely through her diet (in fact since we switched to holistic cat foods – she hasn’t had a single bladder crystal episode)and Oliver never showed any issues like that and he was gone so, so quick. It sucks too because you feel so helpless especially when your Vet just shakes her head and says nothing can be done and she can’t wholly identify the problem either.
